William L. Krantz, CFA | William L. Krantz assumed his position as Co-Director of the USC/CFALA CFA® Review Program on September 1, 2007. Prior to his retirement in 2005, he was involved in the USC/CFALA CFA® Review Program from 1987 through 2004. He has taught the portfolio management curriculum at all three levels and was a Level III co-coordinator for twelve years. Bill has been an active member of CFA Society Los Angeles since 1970, serving as President in 1985-1986. He was honored with the "Member of the Year" award in 1996 and the "Outstanding Lifetime Contribution" award in 2005.
From 1969 through 2005, Bill worked for four investment advisory firms in downtown Los Angeles as a portfolio manager for individuals, institutions, foundations and endowment funds. His responsibilities included the management of client portfolios along with related client service and marketing activities. The last eleven years of his career were spent with Boston Partners Asset Management, a partnership he helped establish in 1995 after leaving The Boston Company. He holds BS and MBA degrees from the University of Southern California and received the CFA designation in 1976. Back To Top ^^

Sydney Foresythe, CFA | Sydney Foresythe is a manager with the Economic and Valuation Services practice of KPMG with over seven years of experience in industry. Prior to coming to KPMG Sydney was an associate at Stout Risius Ross, focusing on transaction opinions and valuation services. Additionally, Sydney has worked as an equity research associate at MacNicol and Associate Asset Management and Royal Bank of Canada where he conducted macroeconomic research on various industries. He received his MSc. in Finance from Santa Clara University in 2015, and his Chartered Financial Analyst designation in 2017. Back To Top ^^
Andrea Mack, CFA®, FRM, CAIA | Andrea Mack is a Managing Director and Senior Consultant Relations Executive with primary responsibility for the Western U.S. region. Prior to joining TCW, she was a Portfolio Manager at Western Asset Management Company for a dozen years and an Institutional Client Service Executive both at Western Asset and at Payden & Rygel Investment Counsel before joining Western’s U.S. investment team. Ms. Mack currently serves on the boards of Westmark School, The Toigo Alumni Endowment, and the Riordan Programs at UCLA. In addition, she is on the Host Committee of 2020 Women on Boards, the Los Angeles Chapter. Andrea received her Bachelors Degree in Romance Languages and Literature, cum laude, from Harvard College. Later, she earned an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where she focused on Finance and was awarded the Robert Toigo Fellowship.
